What are your daily habits?
My daily habits have become routines that include:
- Morning Prayer: I start each day by expressing gratitude to the Supreme Being for giving me and my family another day of happy life on this wonderful planet.
- Three Healthy Meals: I make it a point to have three nutritious meals each day, with lunch as our main meal.
- Daily Dog Walk: I take my dog for a 2-kilometer walk every day, which not only benefits their health but also provides an opportunity for exercise and fresh air for myself.
- Pickleball: I play pickleball for half an hour three days a week, which allows me to engage in physical activity and enjoy a fun sport.
- Business Class: I dedicate one hour three times a week to teaching a business class, where I share my knowledge and expertise with others.
- Reading and Study: I spend two hours each day reading and studying, allowing me to expand my knowledge, learn new things, and stay intellectually stimulated.
- Historical TV Series: I allocate two hours each day to watch historical TV series, whether real or fictional, as a way to unwind and enjoy entertainment that aligns with my interests.
- Evening Meditation: Before going to sleep, I practice 15 minutes of meditation, allowing me to relax, find inner calm, and prepare for a restful night.
By incorporating these daily habits into my routine, I strive to maintain a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle that promotes my well-being, personal growth, and happiness.
