My mother’s traditional Bolivian Christmas soup
What are your favorite types of foods?
During my travels, I had the privilege of savoring and experiencing the delightful aromas of various delectable dishes, especially in Spain, France, and Italy within Europe, as well as India, Japan, and China. However, among all these memorable culinary encounters, none hold a candle to the cherished recollections I have of my mother’s lamb, chicken, and beef soup, lovingly prepared every Christmas Eve. This extraordinary concoction not only represents the perfect fusion of exquisite flavors, but also encapsulates the essence of familial love, the spirit of reverence for Jesus, and the joyous celebration of exceptional cuisine.

Walk and meditate for harmonious life
How often do you walk or run?
Each day, I engage in a well-rounded routine that harmoniously nurtures both my physical and spiritual well-being. My day begins with a purposeful half-hour walk, during which I not only invigorate my body but also connect with nature, grounding myself in the beauty of the world around me.
Following this revitalizing walk, I dedicate another precious half-hour to meditation. This practice is more than just a mere exercise; it’s a profound journey inward, a time to quiet my mind, reflect, and nourish my soul. Through meditation, I find inner peace and clarity, fortifying my spiritual reservoir.
By consistently weaving these two rituals into my daily life, I maintain equilibrium, ensuring that my physical and spiritual selves thrive in harmony. This balanced approach to well-being empowers me to navigate life’s challenges with grace and resilience, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling and enriching existence.

Not what I see , but others accept
Do you see yourself as a leader?
Leadership, for me, isn’t about how I see myself but rather whether others accept me as a guide who inspires and influences. At this stage of my life, I find joy in offering guidance to individuals dissatisfied with religious organizations, those who are only accepting a materialistic explanation for our existence on this beautiful planet. I enjoy engaging in discussions with those willing to explore the spiritual approach to understanding the Divine and our connection to the ultimate purpose in life.

Love God and human beings
What’s your favorite word?
“My favorite word is ‘love,’ particularly in the Christian commandments that I accept as guides to my life:
- Love God with all your heart, soul, and mind.
- Love humanity as yourself.
In the second commandment, I prefer to use ‘humanity’ instead of ‘neighbor’ since the latter can be limiting, and I believe in extending love beyond the boundaries of our own tribe, nationality, or religion.”

This evening, I plan to watch a video exploring consciousness, the brain, and God. This video will present both materialistic and spiritual viewpoints on humanity’s profound question about our existence. I’ve been contemplating this topic extensively and am eager to discover arguments that strengthen my spiritual perspective on life.

Respect all humans, admire talented athletes
Name the professional athletes you respect the most and why.
I hold a deep respect for every individual, recognizing them as embodiments of the Divine in this beautiful world. Moreover, I hold a special admiration for those who have been bestowed with extraordinary talents by the Divine, especially in the realms of sports and the arts. My fascination intensifies when I witness their remarkable feats, particularly in the sports I closely follow, such as English football (commonly known as soccer), American football, basketball, and volleyball. Watching these exceptional athletes push the boundaries of our physical capabilities has become a cherished pastime of mine. It’s in these moments that I am reminded of the incredible potential that exists within each of us, waiting to be discovered and celebrated.

Hate to say hate
If you had to give up one word that you use regularly, what would it be?
I’ve decided to remove the word “hate” from my vocabulary. I often use it not to express genuine loathing, but rather as a casual expression, such as when I say, “I strongly dislike onions,” “I have an aversion to stairs,” or “I’m not fond of snakes.” I think hatred is a terrible human trait
