Prayer and meditation detached from the concept of time
Which activities make you lose track of time?
Every morning, I begin my day with a prayer to the Divine, expressing gratitude for the abundant blessings bestowed upon me. It is a serene moment where I connect with the higher power, and I find myself completely detached from the concept of time.
In the evening, as the day comes to a close, I engage in meditation, seeking to transcend my own limitations. During this practice, I immerse myself in a state of deep reflection and self-awareness, allowing my mind to reach a state of tranquility. Time becomes inconsequential as I embrace the stillness within.

Any attempt to reduce freedom
What bothers you and why?
I hold a deep appreciation for the liberty bestowed upon each individual to live according to their own moral principles. What concerns me greatly is any endeavor made by individuals, tribes, organizations, authorities, or governments to infringe upon our fundamental freedoms.

Only two absolute truths
List 10 things you know to be absolutely certain.
I acknowledge and understand two fundamental truths: Firstly, I am presently an aware and sentient human being residing on this planet. Secondly, upon my demise, my consciousness will separate from my physical form. Any other assertions I make about certainty become elusive, given the perpetual transformation occurring in our universe and on our planet. Our lives undergo constant evolution and alteration, and our comprehension of reality progresses at an astonishing rate, eluding absolute certainty. -

our consciousness improves every moment of life until we transcend to the Divine upon death
Our consciousness, as a complex and dynamic phenomenon, has the capacity to evolve and expand throughout our lifetime. Each moment presents us with opportunities for growth, learning, and self-realization. As we engage with the world, reflect upon our experiences, and deepen our understanding, our consciousness has the potential to become more refined and elevated.

Wake up at sunrise with a prayer and go to sleep meditating
What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?
Each morning, as the sun rises, my first thought is a prayer expressing gratitude to the Divine force for granting me another day of life on this magnificent planet. I am humbled to be one among billions of fellow beings who are all on a collective quest to discover the true meaning of our existence.
When night falls and the world grows quiet, I listen to the needs of my body and surrender to sleep, allowing it to restore my energy. In the serene darkness, I engage in meditation, seeking to deepen my awareness and connect with the profound wisdom that resides within me. Through this practice, I strive to expand my consciousness and embrace a higher level of understanding.

Blending physical comfort, spiritual awareness and sharing knowledge and love
What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?
My strategy for living a comfortable life revolves around blending three elements:
- Physical Comfort and Sensory Pleasure: I seek to create an environment that brings me physical comfort and indulges my senses. This includes surrounding myself with beautiful art and nature’s splendor, enjoying delicious food that delights my taste buds and fills the air with enticing aromas, and immersing myself in the soul-stirring melodies of Beethoven and Verdi. Additionally, the gentle touch and affectionate gestures towards my loved ones bring a soothing sensation to my skin.
- Spiritual Awareness and Purpose: I strive to deepen my spiritual understanding, contemplating the reasons for our existence and discerning the Divine plan that guides my life. Through introspection and exploration, I aim to align myself with higher truths and find meaning in every aspect of my journey.
- Sharing Knowledge and Love: I find fulfillment in sharing my knowledge, experiences, and wisdom with my students, as well as with my beloved family and friends. Through teaching and nurturing meaningful relationships, I aim to contribute positively to the lives of others, fostering growth, love, and a sense of interconnectedness.
By blending these three elements – physical comfort and sensory pleasure, spiritual awareness and purpose, and sharing knowledge and love – I believe I can create a harmonious and fulfilling life that encompasses both personal contentment and meaningful connections with others.

Harmony is the key for my life
In my pursuit of a harmonious life, I am committed to letting go of ego and selfishness, understanding that empathy and compromise are key. I will evaluate my relationships and courageously let go of any toxic or unhealthy connections, setting firm boundaries and surrounding myself with positive and supportive individuals. Materialistic desires will no longer define my happiness; instead, I will prioritize meaningful experiences and personal growth. I am determined to release negative thoughts and grudges, cultivating forgiveness, gratitude, and a positive mindset. Unhealthy habits will be relinquished as I prioritize self-care, embracing a balanced lifestyle that nourishes my physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I will learn to say no and establish healthy boundaries, avoiding overcommitment and creating space for rest, relaxation, and quality time with loved ones. Perfectionism and the need for control will no longer rule my life; instead, I will embrace flexibility and acceptance of life’s imperfections. Above all, I will prioritize self-care, sacrificing excessive work or obligations to ensure my well-being remains at the forefront. Through these choices and sacrifices, I am confident that I can achieve the harmonious life I aspire to.
What could you let go of, for the sake of harmony?

Simphonic Romantic music transcends consciousness
What is your favorite genre of music?
My favorite genre of music is the symphonic music of the Romantic era. This period was characterized by its emotional expression, individuality, and departure from the strict classical forms of the previous era. When I listen to the inspiring works of composers such as Beethoven, Schubert, Chopin, Liszt, and Tchaikovsky, I can truly appreciate the divine gift bestowed upon humanity by the divine itself. Their compositions evoke powerful emotions and transport me to a realm of beauty and transcendence.

Impossible to find the most memorable visit
Describe your most memorable vacation.
It is impossible for me to name just one vacation site as the most memorable. From a romantic perspective, I hold cherished memories of two honeymoons. The first took place at the majestic Grand Canyon, while the second unfolded on the enchanting Galapagos Islands in Ecuador alongside my second wife. These experiences will forever hold a special place in my heart.
Equally unforgettable are my visits to some of the world’s great cities. London, Paris, Madrid, New York, and Tokyo have left indelible imprints on my soul. Yet, I also treasure memories of smaller cities like Agra in India, where the magnificent Taj Mahal stands as a testament to human artistry. Kyoto in Japan, Brugge in Belgium, Edinburgh in Scotland, Machu Picchu in Peru, and Bolivia’s Salt Lake of Uyuni have captivated me with their unique charms.
Perhaps due to my Catholic ancestry, the impact of visiting the grand Cathedral of Saint Peter resonated deeply within me. It served as a poignant reminder of the beauty that humans are capable of creating to honor the Divine energy that brought this wondrous world into existence.
