How often do you walk or run?

Each day, I engage in a well-rounded routine that harmoniously nurtures both my physical and spiritual well-being. My day begins with a purposeful half-hour walk, during which I not only invigorate my body but also connect with nature, grounding myself in the beauty of the world around me.

Following this revitalizing walk, I dedicate another precious half-hour to meditation. This practice is more than just a mere exercise; it’s a profound journey inward, a time to quiet my mind, reflect, and nourish my soul. Through meditation, I find inner peace and clarity, fortifying my spiritual reservoir.
