Spirituality my primary journey
There is a very small probability for life on earth , and an even smaller for intelligent conscious beings, however here we are , asking the big question Why are we here ?
After completing my formal education, I dedicated my efforts to expanding my knowledge and excelling in my chosen career. Spirituality served as a guiding principle for my behavior and how I interacted with others. However, as I have progressed in life, spirituality has taken on a much deeper significance. It has become my primary journey, involving the exploration and nurturing of my inner self, seeking a profound connection with something greater than myself, and discovering a sense of purpose and meaning in every aspect of my life.

I don’t waste time
How do you waste the most time every day?
In my personal view, wasting time is engaging in activities that don’t contribute meaningfully to my goals, personal growth, or overall productivity. However, I find little time wasted in my life. From indulging in classical music, captivating TV shows, and books to playing pickleball, spending time with loved ones, and traveling, each experience adds value, joy, and personal enrichment. These activities align with my goals, foster creativity, promote well-being, and strengthen relationships. Therefore, wasting time is rare as I prioritize meaningful pursuits in my daily life.

Baking “empanadas” at home
Which food, when you eat it, instantly transports you to childhood?
Baking cheese turnovers, or “empanadas,” at home transports me back to my wonder years as a child. The day would begin with my mother meticulously preparing the dough, while my father would expertly knead it with a rolling pin, all while my sister and I eagerly awaited our turn to help fill the empanadas with cheese and seal them. As the dough-filled creations were placed in our trusty electric oven, we impatiently waited, anticipating the moment when the irresistible aroma of freshly baked bread would fill the air, signaling that our homemade delicacies were almost ready to be savored. These sensory memories of the tantalizing smell, the enticing sight, and the satisfying taste still resonate within me, reminding me of the cherished moments spent with my family and inspiring me in various aspects of my life.
