    Reading “The Mysterious Island” as a child had a profound impact on my perception of technology and courage for survival. The novel, written by Jules Verne, immersed me in a world where a group of castaways ingeniously utilized their knowledge and resourcefulness to overcome the challenges of their remote and hostile environment. Through their application of scientific principles and inventive use of technology, such as electricity and steam-powered machinery, I was inspired by the immense potential of human ingenuity and innovation.

    I am personally overcoming my fear of death by studying and contemplating the purpose of our existence and the possibility of an afterlife. While I believe that science will eventually uncover the functioning of the universe, I recognize that certain existential questions may lie beyond its reach. Science offers valuable insights into our origins and the workings of the natural world, but finding meaning and overcoming fear often involves exploring philosophical, spiritual, and personal belief systems. It is a deeply personal journey that requires self-reflection, seeking wisdom from various sources, and connecting with others , readers of my blog who share similar concerns.

    What quality do you value most in a friend?

    In the realm of friendship, I hold dear a select few, for I seek qualities that embody the essence of true companionship. Honesty, loyalty, affection, and unwavering support form the foundation of these cherished bonds. However, it is spiritual compatibility that serves as the pinnacle requirement for me. Within the tapestry of shared beliefs and soulful connection, I discover kindred spirits who understand the depths of my being. Together, we embark on a transformative journey, inspiring one another to reach higher planes of existence. This intimate circle, though small, radiates with the brilliance of authentic friendship, reminding me that true companionship is a rare and invaluable gem to be treasured.

  • Thank God for all the jobs I had

    What jobs have you had?

    In my long life, I have been fortunate to always have had job opportunities. While pursuing my studies in Physics in California, I worked in various roles such as a dishwasher, busboy, lathe operator, and laboratory assistant. Following my graduation as a Physicist for the US NAVY and obtaining my MS degree, I assumed the position of head of the Management Information Systems Division. Subsequently, after completing my PhD, I worked as a Consultant and Professor. Finally, I served as a University President for 20 years before retiring. Currently, I am teaching part-time at a university in Florida. I am grateful for these experiences, and I thank God for them.

  • Spiritual not strictly religious

    Do you practice religion?

    I believe that religion is a human construct created to seek understanding and connection with the source and essence of all existence, which underlies the entire Universe or multiple universes. While I attend church weekly to engage in communal prayer and express gratitude for my existence, I do not strictly adhere to all religious formalities. My approach can be described as more spiritual than strictly religious, as I prioritize personal connection and exploration of my own beliefs rather than rigid adherence to organized practices and doctrines.

  • Internet made life easier

    Do you remember life before the internet?

    Technological advances make life easier , if you don’t become dependent. Before the printing press , the telegraph , wireless radio, the telephone, television,internet, social media and AI ,life was certainly more difficult, particularly communicating with our loved ones. We are very fortunate to live in a world where we can exchange ideas across nations and continents , thank you World Press! Manage your screen time wisely, be a critical reader and don’t get addicted , and each new invention should bring us humans closer to each other

  • Good as a human being

    What are you good at?

    Others tell me that I am a good teacher and educator, and while I am proud of that, my deepest desire is to be remembered as a good son, brother, husband, and lover. I strive to cultivate meaningful relationships and create lasting bonds. As a friend, I aspire to be supportive and understanding, always ready to lend a listening ear or offer a helping hand. In my professional life, I hope to be regarded as a valuable colleague, someone who inspires and collaborates with others to achieve shared goals. Furthermore, I aim to be a positive influence in the world, embracing the wonders of the universe , thanking the Supreme creator, and recognizing my place within it. I seek to appreciate the beauty of life and contribute to the greater good, cherishing every moment as an integral part of this vast and extraordinary existence.

    What does “having it all” mean to you? Is it attainable?

    Having it all for me involves a holistic approach to life. It encompasses the satisfaction of basic necessities with comfort, attaining professional goals, and experiencing the love and support of my family. It also encompasses a yearning to gain insight into my role within the universe and establish a meaningful relationship with the Supreme Being.

    I yearn to have a conversation with God, to reach beyond the boundaries of my comprehension and grasp a glimpse of His essence. Though my human mind struggles to fathom the vastness of His being, I am humbled by the magnificence of the finely tuned universe He has created. In the expanse of space and time, I marvel at the intricate balance that allows sentient life to flourish on this small, remarkable planet we call Earth.

    I wish to express my gratitude to God, for it is through His divine design that we find ourselves in this wondrous existence. Despite our limitations, we are bestowed with consciousness and the ability to appreciate the beauty that surrounds us. From the grandeur of celestial bodies to the intricate details of nature, every aspect of this universe speaks of His creativity and love
