I wish for my beloved Chihuahua to comprehend how deeply I love her, and to realize that we are both integral parts of this vast and wonderful planet.

My name “Manuel” has its origins in the Hebrew name עִמָּנוּאֵל (Immanuel), which appears in the Old Testament of the Bible. The name is derived from the Hebrew words “עִם” (im), meaning “with,” and “אֵל” (El), meaning “God.” Therefore, the name Immanuel translates to “God is with us.”

In the Christian tradition, Immanuel is referenced in the Book of Isaiah as a prophecy of the coming of the Messiah, and this prophecy is interpreted by Christians as referring to Jesus Christ. As a result, the name became popular among Christians and in Spain became Manuel , and That was the name of my Spanish grandfather

What’s your dream job?

I am deeply grateful to the Divine for blessing me with my dream job at the culmination of my academic career. I had the unique opportunity to lead the establishment of a premier technical university in South America’s poorest country. This institution is now producing skilled engineers and entrepreneurs, contributing significantly to the country’s development. In realizing my dreams, alongside a dedicated team of colleagues, we have created an exceptional educational institution.

What makes a good leader?

A good leader is characterized by empathy, integrity, a clear vision, decisiveness, and adaptability. These traits help in building trust, inspiring and guiding teams, making effective decisions, and responding flexibly to change.

If you could un-invent something, what would it be?

I would make atomic weapons of mass destruction disappear
